A little bit about beef mince

Beef mince is used in many Greek dishes, but usually in combination with pork mince by the ratio of one part beef mince to one part of pork mince. Traditional dishes that use beef mince are moussaka, pastitsio, spaghetti Bolognaise, beef roll (a type of minced meat roulade), keftedes (Greek meat balls) and many, many more. Always prefer organic beef, if you can find it.
