Steamed asparagus

Instructions
- Rinse the asparagus very well, under cold running water and cut their bottoms, if they are woody.
- Steam or boil for 3 to 4 minutes and drain.
- Drizzle with lemon and olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt and serve.
