Here’s why you’re going to love this

You can add fresh mozzarella, but this simple fresh salad is perfect on its own.

  1. Rinse the lamb’s lettuce, press it gently between the palms of your hands and put it in a salad bowl.
  2. Cut the avocado in bite-size cubes, the tomatoes in bite size pieces and place them on top of the lamb’s lettuce.
  3. Add olives, freshly chopped basil and sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, vinegars and oils to taste.
