A little bit about lemon

Lemon is a basic ingredient in Greek cuisine. Lemons are used in soups, grilled, fried or oven baked meats and in sides and salads. Lemons and oregano combine perfectly and they can transform simple dishes. You can also peel them before you juice them, leave the peels on a plate to dry for a few days and then put them in small pouches as closet or drawer fresheners.
